Showing off his rippling abs in a pair of unbuttoned low-slung jeans, Sonu Sood stands next to the words “Strong Body. Tender Heart. Go Vegetarian”. The actor is the latest Bollywood star to appear in a new pro-vegetarian ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India.
“I really thank PETA for making me a part of their family”, says Sonu, “I think we should bring that kind of awareness to everyone that we have to do something for animals – become vegetarians and do good to this Earth.” The Dabangg and Jodhaa Akbar star shows that a vegetarian diet is more than enough for a fantastically toned body.
Other stars who have endorsed vegetarianism are Lara Dutta, Pamela Anderson, Shahid Kapoor, Sir Paul McCartney and R. Madhavan..
