Salman Khan’s 2002 hit-and-run case which went into retrial last week witnessed a crucial turn of events today. The two witnesses presented before the magistrate today confirmed the actor’s involvement and identified him being on the spot. The actor was accompanied by his sisters Alvira and Arpita to the court.
During the proceedings, the first witness 24-year-old Mohd Muslim Sheikh, confirmed that he saw the actor get off the car after it had rammed into a laundry. He testified on the car being a big white one. Also the other witness presented today, Munnu Khan, identified Salman Khan getting off from the drivers seat on the night of the accident.

However Salman’s defense lawyer has countered the witness since the witnesses have deposed in court previously too but they did not testify against the actor. If found guilty, Salman Khan could be sent for a 10 year imprisonment, which is the minimum jail term for this offense.
