
Madhuri Dixit may be known only for her acting and dancing, but the actress proved that she was quite good when it comes to singing as well. Madhuri impressed everyone when she sang a classical song at the Dinanath Mangeshkar Awards ceremony.

Madhuri, who makes a comeback in Bollywood with Dedh Ishqiya, was awarded the prestigious Master Dinanath Vishesh Award by Lata Mangeshkar for her contribution to cinema.

Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray launched Avantika Magazine on performing arts and Indian classical music and dance and Lata Mangeshkar’s Gayatri Mantra album; her first release after two years.

The 70th Master Dinanath Mangeshkar Awards was also attended by Shweta Pandit, Vikram Ghokale, Anu Malik and others.
