Summer’s here and we’re dying for a good show of colours to brighten up the day. At least our Bollywood stars are helping. While Katrina Kaif carries off the cute look well, Aishwarya Rai disappoints. Also Bipasha and Sonam Kapoor keep it sexy!
Katrina Kaif shows us how to cool off in the scorching summer heat. Ms. Kaif is looking cute in a short faux-wrap floral dress here.
Why does Ash do this to us! For someone as pretty as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, she could have done much more than this plain white embroidered top.
Now here’s a nice mix of white and colourful floral design. Dressed in a Manish Malthora anakali with Kashmiri embroidery around the neck and sleeve, Kareena Kapoor looks fab!
Going a bit darker is Bipasha Basu with a black belt and clutch to match her dress. Maybe a little colour would have made Bips’ look more cheerful.
Now here’s something that would make you turn around and give her a second look. Deepika Padukone keeps it casual in a white top and a pretty floral skirt.
While we wait and wait for Vidya Balan to find a good designer (a wee bit Sabyasachi overdose), we don’t disapprove of her Sabysachi anarkali. While the whole riot of colours is a bit over the top, it’s the little flowers on her dupatta that won us over!
Sonam Kapoor looks hot as the red Anamika Khanna dress that she’s in. That’s how the sexy do it!
Kangana Ranaut spices up a flowery blue Gaultier dress with shocking pink pumps. We like the touch!
Not exactly the colourful mood, Gul Panag plays it safe with the monochromatic flowers on her dress.
We know we’re going all floral, but Diana Hayden’s look doesn’t exactly have us cheering. While the flowers adorning the neckline are nice, it’s just too overwhelming, kinda like a flower basket.
