Ramleela Surpasses Aashiqui 2 On Koimoi’s Top 10 Movies Of 2013 List

Ramleela on its 2nd Monday at the box office made an income of 2.70 crores at the box office. The film that was earlier at 96 crores with the draw of its 2nd weekend, now rests at a domestic total of 98.70 crores at the box office.

The film has thus beaten the lifetime run of Aashiqui 2 which stands as 2013’s most profit venture in Bollywood. With a cumulative income of 85.40 crores, it was a challenge for Ramleela to beat the total income of this venture. However the latter with its mesmeric box office performance surpassed Aashiqui 2 after its 2nd weekend collections. The film currently stands at 7th position on Koimoi’s Top 10 Movies of 2013 list, all geared up to surpass the collections of Race 2 which was the year’s first entrant into the 100 crore club.
