The shifting of Kapil’s Show from TV to Streaming is a big deal. And the return of Sunil Grover, an even bigger one, especially after their infamous fight.
We’d like to refresh your memory: back in 2017, when the team of The Kapil Sharma Show was traveling to Australia for a show, a fight happened between Kapil and Sunil. As per reports, Kapil was under the influence of alcohol and lost his control. As per reports, Sharma hit Sunil when he was trying to calm him down. That was the end of their association.
After almost six years, Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma are reuniting. When the first announcement came out, the internet collectively lost its mind. Since the announcement, fans have eagerly awaited to see which role Sunil will reprise, the famous Guthi or the eccentric Dr. Mashoor Gulati. But the wait is over as we finally get our first glimpse into Grover’s return.

The Netflix show will be produced by SOL Productions, which marks the exit of Salman Khan Productions from the mix. Salman Khan Productions produced the TV broadcast of the Kapil Sharma Show from the second season onwards.
