Popular Tamil film producer V Swaminathan breath his last on Monday, days after testing positive for COVID-19. The veteran producer passed away at a hospital in Chennai and ever since condolences have been pouring in from several corners of the industry.
Taking to his official Twitter handle, V Swaminathan shared a video in which he was heard saying, “Lakshmi Movie Makers is one of the finest companies. I had directed Kangalal Kaidhu Sei for this banner. V Swaminathan is a dear friend. And his passing due to the coronavirus infection has pained me deeply. I have lost a good friend and producer. My sympathies for his family and all the loved ones.”
