We are living in a world that is as random as an uninvited guest and as quick as an India to Dubai travel. So are our relationships with the changing world; all of us, at some point, are confused, random, and fast. We meet people; we develop feelings for them, we fall in love, we fall out of love, and more confusions follow. Do Aur Do Pyaar seems to summarize the modern-day relationship problems in a jiffy.
Director Sheersha Guha Thakurta, however, tries to tackle modern-day relationship issues in a funny and hilarious manner with a proper light-hearted rom-com, which is just what we could need this summer.
Starring Vidya Balan and Pratik Gandhi and featuring Ileana D’Cruz & Senthil Ramamurthy, Do Aur Do Pyaar is a classic comedy built from confusion. The plot is simple and is well highlighted in the trailer itself. A couple, played by Vidya and Pratik, are falling out of love, and their marriage is on the verge of the final stage of separation.

Wait a second. Let us decode this again. Vidya and Pratik play a married couple who are cheating on each other with their respective partners. Pratik is in love with Ileana, and Vidya is in love with Senthil. However, this simple equation gets complicated over time.
Can you love two people at a time? Can you fall in love with your spouse after falling out of love? Are separations hard? Are extramarital affairs easy? Where is the moral line? Do these questions seem too heavy to decode? Well, the Do Aur Do Pyaar trailer promises that director Shirsha Guha Thakurta has tried finding answers to this relationship quiz in a rather funny way!
The trailer has not compromised with its pace by adding any music or glimpses to the songs. However, a song from the film is already ruling my playlist – Tu Hai Kahan. A beautiful The Local Train meets Lucky Ali collaboration that was much needed in today’s musically dry era.

The 2-minute 19-second trailer sets the tone right for the film as a Bhool Bhulaiyaa of emotions and relationships where an estranged couple is confused between feelings for their respective spouses and the alleged affair. Will the hell break loose when one of them expects a child out of the marriage?
The trailer promises hope for a classic comedy in a rom-com, something Bollywood has not seen for ages. No one in the trailer looks out of their place despite being mismatched otherwise. Looking forward to a fun film on April 19!
