Sean Diddy Combs’ troubles do not seem to end as a new lawsuit gets filed against him and his son, Christian King Combs. Diddy’s son is accused of sexual assault on a yacht chartered by him in December 2022. The victim is named Grace O’Marcaigh. Keep scrolling for more.
Diddy has already been facing some serious charges, including sexual assault and sex trafficking. The feds even raided his houses in LA and Miami. As per reports, he owes nearly $100 million in mortgaging. To make things worse, old videos of him with Justin Bieber resurfaced, making the music mogul’s image creepier.
According to the new lawsuit and the court documents obtained by E! News, Grace O’Marcaigh was working as a steward on Sean Diddy Combs’ yacht. The woman accused the music artist of failing to ensure a safe environment on the yacht as he was in charge of the charter. She mentioned in the lawsuit that the charter was sold as a wholesome family excursion, but it turned into a hedonistic environment.
While detailing the incident, Grace revealed that Sean Diddy Combs’ son, Christian King Combs, was heavily intoxicated and was paying her unseemly attention before allegedly forcing her to drink alcohol. The victim suspects that it was laced with drugs. She accused 26-year-old Christian of groping her chest and private areas. Although she was able to escape him, Christian sought her and demanded that she find him a place to sleep on the yacht, and when she did that, Sean Diddy Combs’ son once again allegedly groped her. She fought him, and when someone walked in, she was able to escape his grasp, and in the scuffle, she got bruises on her forearm. There are even pictures of the bruising in her lawsuit.
The victim also alleged that after the incident, her mental health deteriorated, and she developed an eating disorder. She also had epileptic seizures.
Meanwhile, Sean Diddy Combs and Christian King Combs’ lawyer, Aaron Dyer, reacting to the lawsuit, said it is just another lewd and meritless claim. They will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.
