The Avengers: Endgame villain shared an anecdote about his childhood and stated that his wife is a perfect mother just like his mom. Josh Brolin wrote, “Mothers, I’ve learned, are the foundation that we cut our teeth on. As I see you, my dear wife, walk this labyrinth with our daughter and how she looks to you, and at times emulates you, sitting back on a bench with hands resting like yours, head tilted slightly to the right just like yours my vision blurs from tears of gratitude. I float in an awe, and remember my mother and when she took me to that restaurant when I was 13 and said: “I want to talk to you about sex” and I replied, “Okay, what do you want to know?”. Ha! Only with our mothers do we sit in their made nests for years thread with their hard labored circus findings, and wait knowing we will be fed in so many ways; but mainly, we know they will keep us warm, a feathered wing always available for shelter.
