On its first Monday, the film collected, 1.65 crores. The film now stands with a total collection of 10.90 crores at the domestic box office.
Talvar is based on a real-life double murder case from Noida, has received positive responses for its bold and truthful representation of reality. While such films usually do not enjoy much commercial success, this film has been comparatively luckier.
Coming from the same team as Haider, the film has certainly lived up to its expectations.
