Fighter marks the third collaboration between Siddharth Anand and Hrithik Roshan. The duo previously worked together on Bang Bang and War. With each new film, their box office association was expected to flourish. Unfortunately, that is not the case as their latest release couldn’t match the standards of their 2019 film. Back in 2019, War also opened to mixed response from the critics. However, the action film starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff created havoc at the box office. It brought in collections of around 319 crores in the domestic market, and the worldwide earnings wrapped up around 475.62 crores gross. A similar graph was expected for Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s latest flick, but that is not the case.
Fighter Indian Box Office Collection
After the conclusion of 19 days, Fighter has become the first Indian film of 2024 to enter the 200 crore club. The film currently stands at 200.20 crores. It was competing at the box office with Teja Sajja led HanuMan, which has now been left behind in the race.
There is also mild competition from Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon led Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, which was released on the big screens on February 9, 2024. Given it is a sci-fi rom-com and Valentine’s Week is ongoing, the footfalls are divided.
Fighter Worldwide Box Office Collection
So far, the Indian gross collections are 236.23 crores. The film has also added around 95 crore gross from overseas markets. Fighter has added a total worldwide collection of 331.23 crores gross on day 19.
Siddharth Anand directorial has now surpassed the global lifetime collections of The Kashmir Files, which stands at 326.95 cr gross. Drumrolls, please!

Apart from Hrithik Roshan, Siddharth Anand has also reunited with his leading lady, Deepika Padukone. The duo recently delivered a blockbuster, Pathaan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan as the male lead.
