Box Office: Baaghi Scores Well Over Its 2nd Weekend

The film is all set to cross the lifetime total of Neerja [75.65 crore] and Kapoor And Sons [73.3 crore] this week itself and should be aiming at a lifetime total in the vicinity of 80 crore.

As a star-maker, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has put his money on Tiger and trusted director Sabbir Khan to deliver goods. That would mean that the film now boasts of highest collections for a leading man in his second film itself as amongst the other young stars, Ranveer Singh’s Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl [32.97 crore], Varun Dhawan’s Main Tera Hero [55 crore], Arjun Kapoor’s Aurangzeb [22.35 crore] and Sidharth Malhotra’s Hasee Toh Phasee [39 crore] had collected much lesser.

One waits to see if the trio returns for another film now pretty soon. Baaghi stars Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles and it is a love story.
