Anushka Sharma’s Pari Slows Down At The Box Office

Anushka Sharma’s horror film Pari has been getting rave reviews from the critics. The film is able to pull the crowd to the theatres because of its genre.

The horror genre is one of the most loved genres in India and Pari has been successful in giving chills to the fans.

Talking about the box office, this Anushka Sharma starrer flick is completely depending on the word of mouth. Even after scaring the shit out of us, Pari is not fairing that well at the box office. The film collected 2.14 crores on its first Monday, which takes the grand total to 17.48 crores.

Pari collected similar numbers on its first weekend just like Anushka’s Phillauri did. Both the films accumulated 15.34 crores on their respective weekends. Pari is a film which has its own set of audience. Although, being a horror film, Pari is facing a competition with Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh, and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety at the box office. The latter is doing tremendously well at the box office and the positive word of mouth is helping the film.
