Saif Ali Khan’s latest release, Rangoon is clearly turning out to be yet another under-performer for him. The period drama has taken a disappointing start and looks like it will turn out to be the actor’s fifth consecutive flop.
Pre-Rangoon, Saif was seen in films like Phantom, Happy Ending, Humshakals which turned out to be poor in terms of their box office performance. In fact, his last successful film was 2013’s Race 2 which even managed to give his first and only 100 crore film till date.

Before that, Cocktail (2012) was his last hit film. Saif doesn’t boast of much great work in his career, except films like Omkara, Kal Ho Na Ho and Hum Tum which were backed by big banners.

In spite of being in the industry for so long, Saif has only one film in the 100 crore club. His next film Chef is a remake of a Hollywood film by the same name. The film is being helmed by Raja Krishna Menon is slated to release this July.
