“Will miss those wonderfull evenings spent with Bala Saheb Thackeray” – SRK

At a recently held press conference of Kidzania, Shah Rukh Khan broke his silence regarding the relationship that late Shiv Sena supremo Bala Saheb Thackeray and the actor shared over the past couple of years.

Said SRK at the event, “I’ve known Bala Saheb Thackeray personally. And I did go and meet his family when he was ailing. And I personally think that when a leader of that quality, who has done so much for Maharashtra and Mumbai, passes away that void can never be filled. Inshallah, I offer my condolence to Saheb’s family. We’ve been very close. I had some really wonderful evenings spent with Bala Saheb… and I’ll miss them.”
