Salman Khan, who is already facing a re-trial in the 2002 hit-and-run case of Mumbai, has now an addition to his legal mess. The Supreme court has today issued a notice to the actor in the 1998 Chinkara killing and Black buck poaching case, an incident which took place during the shooting of his film Hum Saath Saath Hai.

The notice issued is a follow up of the Rajasthan government’s petition that is challenging a High Court order suspending the actor’s conviction in the case. Last year, the Rajasthan court had suspended Salman in the case since he had to travel abroad for a film shoot. With this fresh notice from the Supreme court, the case is set to re-open.

After being convicted by a lower court, Salman has twice served a jail term in Jodhpur for the same case. Looks like, Salman will now have to shuttle between Mumbai and Rajasthan for the hearing.
