Shahid-Priyanka Won’t Romance In Abhishek Chaubey’s Next

Ex-flames Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor, who were last seen in Kunal Kohli’s Teri Meri Kahani, have maintained a distance ever since their break-up and so the recent buzz of them working together grabbed a lot of eyeballs. There were speculations about Shahid and Priyanka coming together for Abhishek Chaubey’s next film. However, rubbishing these rumours, director Abhishek Chaubey has denied signing Priyanka Chopra for his project.

After confirming that Shahid is on board for his next project, Abhishek stated that the leading lady’s role has not yet been offered to any actress and that he is yet to consider the options that would fit the bill.

According to a popular daily, Abhishek informed that the supporting cast of the film is also yet to be finalised and that the film will have an ensemble cast and thus it will take time. Not just this, but the filmmaker also rubbished the rumors of his film being a science fiction.

The film is expected to finish its shooting schedule by February next year.
