Actress Tannishtha Chatterjee recently appeared on the popular comedy show, Comedy Nights Bachao, to promote her film Parched. After appearing on the show whose format is that of a roast, Chatterjee was highly offended by the content.

She called it offensive and even racist as the comments were supposedly based on her skin tone.

After she released a statement about the sour taste of humor of the show, the channel made sure to clear the airs about this new controversy. The channel gave a fitting reply over Facebook, backing its content.
