Amitabh Bachchan & Jaya Bachchan To Get Rs 50 K Pension From UP

Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan along with his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan will be among the first individuals to get benefit of a new pension scheme by Uttar Pradesh’s government for the people who are Yash Bharti Sanman awardee.

According to this pension scheme, the awardees of this state’s highest honor will receive 50,000 monthly pension for life.

This award was started in 1994 & till now around 150 people had an honor to win this award including Amiatabh Bachchan’s father Harivansh Rai Bachchan, who received the award in the inaugural year.
