Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr showcased amazing chemistry as Pepper Potts and Tony Stark on screen in the Iron Man and Avengers movies. A recent interview revealed how Paltrow stopped learning her lines during the Marvel movie because of RDJ. The Iron Man movie was first released in 2008. Gwyneth and RDJ have developed an amazing bond behind the screen. Even when Joss Whedon did not want to cast Paltrow in the 2012 film The Avengers, RDJ requested the studio to cast her for the growth of his character as Tony Stark. They have created a lot of sweet moments in the MCU.

According to Esquire, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed how Robert Downey Jr would throw out the script, which eventually led the actress to stop learning the lines. The actress recalled, “There would be this process of [director] Jon Favreau and Robert and I going into Jon’s trailer in the morning and Robert being like, ‘I’m not f*cking saying these lines’ and throwing them out.”
