Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, two revered A-listers, have left an indelible mark on Hollywood with careers that have spanned several decades. Their noteworthy collaboration transpired in Quentin Tarantino’s comedy-drama Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood.

Both actors have carved out a distinct niche in the vast cinematic landscape of Hollywood. Interestingly, Pitt openly expressed his admiration for DiCaprio, admitting to a touch of jealousy. Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 comedy-drama fostered a closer bond between the actors.

While they undoubtedly delivered remarkable performances in Once Upon a Time In Hollywood, the dynamics behind the scenes and in their personal lives painted a different picture. In a candid conversation on the ‘WTF with Marc Maron Podcast,’ Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt openly shared some glimpses of their personal lives.

The Fight Club actor opened up about how the paparazzi have shifted their attention from him to Leonardo DiCaprio. As reported by Far Out Magazine, Pitt said, “I’m a little disgruntled with you now that I hear that.” For most of his Hollywood career, Pitt was surrounded by paparazzi and the press, and he found it hard to get out of the pit of enormous attention.

“I’m just, like, trash mag fodder. I don’t know… because of my disaster of a personal life, probably,” Pitt said. For numerous years, he has remained a constant tabloid fixture, primarily due to his romantic entanglements, notably with Jennifer Aniston and later with Angelina Jolie. Following his divorce, Pitt openly admitted that it had a profound impact on his life.

Brad Pitt once divulged the valuable lesson he gleaned from his collaboration with DiCaprio on the Tarantino film. Pitt expressed that The Revenant star is very committed to his profession. Undoubtedly, DiCaprio’s unwavering commitment to his craft has been a defining trait that has set him apart in the industry for well over a decade.

As reported by Instyle, Pitt said, “Like within a scene. You can play a scene at level one or 11, and he’s always pushing for the edge. He’s not protecting himself in any way. Sometimes, you will kind of put the reins on, but he’s literally throwing himself out there. He goes all the way, and it’s really impressive. Which is why the epic break-dancing trailer works so well.”

Brad Pitt appeared to hold his close friendship with DiCaprio in high regard. “Leo and I just kind of popped at the same time, and we’ve crossed paths many times. We just we have the same reference points. I think we should do a Buddy Holly and Jerry Lewis movie or something,” he added. Naturally, fans eagerly anticipate the prospect of the Oscar-winning duo teaming up once more for another project, and it would undoubtedly be a spectacular event for all to behold.
