Brad Pitt and Lena Dunham got into a major controversy when pictures of them kissing surfaced the internet. To clarify, they exactly weren’t kissing in that ‘awkward’ infamous picture from Once Upon A Time In Hollywood premiere. Now, the actress is opening up all about it and clarifying her stance.
Lena Dunham recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live. The beauty opened up about the awkward kissing picture with Brad Pitt went viral in no time. Furthermore, she shared about how fans were backlashing her and made her feel ugly about the whole thing.
Recalling the entire incident and what followed by, Lena Dunham said, “I don’t know if you remember there was a sort of awkward photo taken of the two of us. Well, the way the internet read it was I had somehow physically accosted him causing him a great deal of stress…I would never force a kiss on Brad Pitt. I respect him far too much as an artist and a friend.”
Furthermore, Lena also shared how soon after Brad Pitt sensed the tension and the duo went to a secret room. They ate pizza and had a good time in order to break the ice. That’s something that none of us ever knew!
“Later that night because he knew I felt nervous, he took me into a room and we secretly ate pizza and I told him I like his ring and he gave it to me,” shared the beauty. She even added that she wears that ring till date, and every single time she does that, something amazing happens with her.
Talking about Brad Pitt, she said, “He’s a truly kind person who can read the room. And I was super nervous because I was around so many idols of mine and he made me feel pretty cool.”
