Is This The Reason Tom Cruise Never Made A Public Appearance With Daughter Suri After 2013?

It’s been years that we have seen Tom Cruise and his daughter Suri together. The two in the recent past have never probably met and many have a question why. Now if the reports are to go by, Tom is forbidden from meeting Suri and below are all the details why so. Read on!

It was back in 2013 when Suri and Tom Cruise were papped together for the last time. It’s been seven long years since then the two met. Now according to reports, Tom is forbidden from meeting Suri because she does not belong to the church of Scientology. Samantha Domingo, a former member of the church told US Weekly in 2019, “Maybe he did it for a photo op to make it seem like he was connected so he wouldn’t be criticised.”

In the past, Tom Cruise had even sued a media house for reporting that he had abandoned his daughter. It was then that the actor revealed that the Church of Scientology was one of the reasons why his ex-wife Katie Holmes filed for a divorce.

Tom Cruise also revealed that Suri no longer practises Scientology. According to which she is a Suppressive Person (a person who gives up faith). When asked if his ex-wife and Suri are considered Suppressive Persons, Tim told HuffPost, “That is a distortion and a simplification of the matter. I don’t want to just give an oversimplification of religious doctrine.”

There were also reports in 2017, that Tom Cruise did not meet Suri on Father’s Day even when he was just 23 miles away from her. This had raised many eyebrows then.
