A lot of hopes are pinned on Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan starrer Shaitaan. The supernatural horror thriller is set to hit the big screens tomorrow, i.e, March 8, 2024. Shaitaan is directed by Vikas Bahl, who has biggies like Queen, Chillar Party, and Super 30 credited to his filmography. It is also a crucial film in the career of Ajay Devgn, who’s faced back-to-back failures with films like Thank God and Runway 34 in the post-pandemic era.
Shaitaan Advance Booking Day 1
Currently, there is little to no competition at the ticket windows. Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan’s film is heading towards a good start at the box office. As per the latest box office updates, Shaitaan has brought in collections of around 2.05 crores gross via advance booking on day 1.
There have been 87,000 tickets sold so far. With a few hours still to go, it is to be seen whether the Shaitaan pre-booking sales multiply and set the pace for a great opening at the box office.
Shaitaan Early Projections for Day 1
As per the early predictions, Ajay Devgn starrer may take a double-digit opening at the box office. As mentioned above, there are no competitors at the Indian box office except for Dune 2, which has an altogether different audience. So, the spot bookings will also have a major role to play in day 1 collections.
Made on mid-budget, the horror flick is expected to achieve at least the 150 crore milestone at the Indian box office. And with that, Ajay Devgn will hit the 500 crore mark, accumulated from all his films released in the post-covid era.
