Earlier, it was supposed to be a two-way clash, but now, it is rumored to be a four-way clash, with Rajinikanth’s name joining the list. Keep reading to know more!

For those who don’t know, a few days back, we heard a rumor about Thalapathy Vijay joining the already-scheduled clash between Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. Reportedly, Vijay’s next The Greatest Of All Time is aiming for a release on 15th August, thus killing the business potential of the Pushpa sequel in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Now, as per the latest report in Track Tollywood, Rajinikanth‘s next biggie, Vettaiyan, might also join the competition at the box office. Even though the exact date is not known, it is learned that the makers are aiming for a release in the month of August. Allu Arjun, with his Pushpa 2, will undoubtedly dominate the Telugu and Hindi markets. However, the business will suffer in the Tamil market if the report turns out to be true.

Pushpa 2 is a big film, and it would been great if it had no box office clashes and arrived solo. However, as of now, at least a clash between Singham Again and the Allu Arjun starrer is confirmed and is going to happen. Speaking about Thalapathy Vijay and Rajinikanth’s films, nothing is official yet, and there are chances that the competition will be avoided as all are riding on a big budget and carrying a huge box office potential.

Meanwhile, there are several reports about Pushpa 2’s budget. Initial reports stated that the film was allotted a budget of 350 crores. However, this figure is rumored to go beyond 500 crores due to constant delays and reshoots, making it one of the costliest Indian films ever. Till now, only RRR, Adipurush, and Kalki 2898 AD have crossed the budget of 500 crores. So, this Allu Arjun’s biggie will become the fourth film on the list if the rumor is true.
