Bhoot Box Office Day 1 Early Trends: Vicky Kaushal’s Horror Flick Takes A Fair Start!

Bhoot Box Office: Vicky Kaushal has not only made his comeback post the blockbuster Uri: The Surgical Strike, but has done so with an unusual genre. For a long time now, Bollywood has been waiting for a good horror flick and that’s what the makers aimed to achieve. However, the movie has been facing competition from Ayushmann Khurrana’s Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan plus the reviews itself have been mixed.

The film enjoyed a holiday opening as there was Maha Shivratri being celebrated all across the country. That indeed helped the numbers turn out to be better, but still remained in the expected range of the trade pundits. As per the early trends flowing in, Bhoot has added around 5-5.50 crores on its opening day.

One cannot miss out on how Ayushmann Khurrana’s gay rom com has been the first choice of the audiences, plus adult certification is affecting Bhoot to a certain extent. Now, it is to be seen how the movie fairs in the upcoming days of the extended weekend.
