Ayushmann Khurrana is all geared up with his latest film Article 15, releasing today. The actor is on a roll with back to back four successes including Badhaai Ho, AndhaDhun, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and Bareilly Ki Barfi at the box office. The investigational drama is directed by Mulk fame Anubhav Sinha. The film highlights the issue of casteism. Article 15 of the Indian Constitution, prohibits discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.
Made on a moderate budget, the movie has everything working in its favour, right from the appreciation to trailer to positive reviews of critics, thus providing an impetus on the first day.

Badhaai Ho earned 7.29 crores on its opening day, thus making it Ayushmann’s biggest opener till date. The film revolves around a taboo concept regarding pregnancy of the elderly mother. It clashed with Namaste England, which had Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra.
Nautanki Saala
Nautanki Saala earned 3.25 crores on the first day. The movie had clashed with Commando. Directed by Rohan Sippy it is an Indian romantic comedy.
