David Dhawan’s reboot of his 1995 classic comedy Coolie No. 1 featuring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan has been making headlines ever since it was announced. But now if the industry rumour mill is anything to go by it is being speculated that the film, originally slated to release on the 1st of May, 2020 will now be pushed.

Yes, you read that! While the makers have maintained that the final decision will be taken only after things come slightly under control, a certain source has been quoted saying, “The call will be taken only after the situation gets back to normal. But it is definitely not arriving on May 1 now. Maybe June, July or even later, depending on when the scare subsides. The producers of all the big films will come together to chalk out a release calendar for the second half of 2020.”
