Shah Rukh Khan’s sabbatical has finally come to an end it seems. The 55-year-old actor is currently shooting for YRF’s Pathan and although there has been no official announcement for the same, the pictures of the superstar from the sets are going viral on social media. Reportedly, along with Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan has also been approached to play an important role in the film.
YRF is making Pathan on a massive scale and SRK fans are more than excited to see him after Zero on silver screens soon.
A while ago, reports of Salman Khan playing an important role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan were doing the rounds on social media and now it’s Hrithik Roshan. A source close to Bollywood Hungama revealed, “Not just Salman, with Pathan, Aditya Chopra wants to unveil the entire special agent universe he’s trying to create. Siddharth Anand who directed WAR last year has also requested Hrithik Roshan to step in as Kabir for Pathan.”
The source continued, “If all goes well, we will see not only two but three Bollywood superstars together in Pathan and this will mark the first union in the entire universe. Going ahead, the three actors SRK, Salman and Hrithik will be seen making appearances in each other’s franchises and thereby culminating in a big finale as well. The idea is to create an Avengers set up with spies.”
The source revealed that Hrithik knows the idea but hasn’t given a nod yet and said, “Siddharth had planned this with Adi and felt this could be the starting point of the big universe they have envisioned. Hrithik is deciding on it and will most likely do it as well.”
We can only imagine Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan coming together in a film. That would be like a dream come true, isn’t it?
