Golmaal 5 Is Happening Sooner Than You Think; Rohit Shetty To Start Scripting Post Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi?

Rohit Shetty is on a roll with the kind of projects he has been dealing with lately. From his last Simmba starring Ranveer Singh, to the upcoming Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif plus there’s Satte Pe Satta remake in collab with Farah Khan – there’s blockbuster written in each and every project of his without a single doubt. While that wasn’t enough, Golmaal 5 is on the cards too and here’s all we know about it!

According to recent reports flowing in, Rohit has already developed an idea for the fifth installment of the franchise and will start working on the script, soon after the wrap of Sooryavanshi, which is, by the end of this year. The project will mostly go on floors by next year.

While we couldn’t contain our excitement after hearing that, there’s more. Actor Shreyas Talpade, who’s been a part of 3 installments of the 4, has in a recent interview confirmed that Golmaal 5 is happening! The actor revealed that Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, and Kunal Khemmu along with he, himself appearing in the song Aankh Marrey from Simmba was an intended hint from Rohit’s side about Golmaal 5 being in process. Furthermore revealing that while the dates for shooting are being worked upon, it will be 2020 when the team should begin the shoot!

Looks like now there’s no doubt, whatsoever left!
