If recent reports are to be believed, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has approached his two favourites – Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone for 1952 film, Baiju Bawra remake. The duo has always been amongst the most wanted pair on-screen and SLB is now willing to move on from his usual DP-Ranveer Singh pairing post Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Ram Leela.
Revealing all about it, a source close to Bollywood Hungama revealed, “Ranbir and Deepika make a pair to reckon with on screen and Bhansali wants to create magic on screen with the two actors. Talks are on, however neither of the two have signed the dotted lines yet,” adding that the idea is to move away from the conventional pairing for Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.
