Bollywood is a male centric world and the hero worshiping has something to do with a man more than a woman. Though most actresses have such a problem with the term women centric films, none can deny that the term exists. The ease with which a Queen and Mardaani or even Mary Kom is coming our way all in one year, it is commendable. Never before was it possible in Bollywood before this. Heroines are now becoming more independent is not the right statement to make but the intelligence of the audiences are allowing newer stories to hold their ground. The fact that a Queen can manage to get some profit for itself was a testimony of the fact that audiences are accepting good stories.
