Batman Vs Superman Action Director Roped In For Akshay-Rajinikanth’s Robot 2

Hollywood action director Aaron Crippen, known for Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice, has been roped in by the makers of Robot 2 (2.0) to design the high-octane sequences between Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth in the film.

Currently, action director Kenny Bates of Die Hard and Transformers fame is choreographing the stunts in the film. Kollywood stunt director Stunt Silva is in charge of training local stuntmen for the film and they will be supervised by Hollywood action directors.

The director of the film, Shankar, has rebuilt the set of new age city, with the help of his art team, where the massive action sequence between Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar will take place.

This sequence will be shot in the second schedule of the film, which will start in March. The film is set to release in 2017.
