Amitabh Bachchan who was a part of 2002 film Aankhen which marked the directorial debut of Vipul Amritlal Shah may now be seen in the sequel too. After being pursued for the same for months, the Wazir actor finally gave a nod to hear the script of the sequel. Welcome Back fame director Anees Bazmee has been roped in to helm the sequel and was keen on getting Bachchan on board for the film.
It seems the script of the film has been written keeping in mind Big B as one of the leads. While Bazmee had prepared thoroughly to convince Bachchan on signing the film, the script reading session finally happened yesterday.

After a fallout between the prequel’s director Vipul Shah and producer of the film Gaurang Doshi, director Anees Bazmee was roped in for the sequel.
