The upcoming drama ‘Katiyabaaz‘ is a documentary on the issue of electricity in India. The story is based on Loha Singh, a localite of Kanpur who does a fine job of stealing electricity and in turn helps the smooth functioning of small scale industries and households which are plagued by power cuts. The film is an interesting take on the increasing electricity tariffs, power cuts and the problems people faced due to it.
