After being a runner-up for Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 13, Asim Riaz has been multiplying his fan-base and the work he has been getting is the proof of it. He has already been featured in two video singles ‘Mere Angne Mein’ with Jacqueline Fernandez and ‘Kalla Sohna Hai’ with Himanshi Khurana.
It was also been said that he’ll be the face of Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 3 which was reportedly turning into a web series. Also reports state that he’s a part of Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali playing his brother in the film.
Salman Khan Helps Bigg Boss 13 Runner-Up Asim Riaz To Grab 3 More Music Videos After Mere Angne Mein?
It’s been said that Salman Khan has a personal recommendation behind all this and he has also asked makers to cast him in three more music videos. There has been no official statement yet about him being a part of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali but it’s confirmed and the makers are waiting for Coronavirus Pandemic to subside.
A report published in Deccan Chronicle states a source quote saying, “Asim is slated to play Salman’s youngest brother in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, but Salman wants him to first learn a few things about acting and how to face the camera as an actor. ‘Hence, he got him to do a music video where he was paired opposite Jacqueline (Fernandes). Asim, who has still not signed on the dotted line for KEKD due to the lockdown, has also been finalised for three more music videos which Salman wants him to do to hone his skills before he enters films.”
Aa for the supersat, Salman Khan will be presented in a completely new avatar in the film. The look is currently being decided upon. Pooja Hedge is playing a traditional small-town girl opposite Salman’s character. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, which is slated for an Eid 2021 release, will be directed by Farhad Samji.
