TV actress Rashami Desai is currently making a lot of headlines due to her fallout with ex-flame, Arhaan Khan. While the ugly blame game between the two is all over the news, the actress recently revealed yet another shocking thing. Apparently, the actress was once barred from visiting a mall.
In a chat session with Telly Chakkar, Rashami revealed that she once visited a mall and the crowd went out of control as everyone wanted to get a glimpse of her. She narrated that cops had to be called to control the mob. She then said, “After the situation was under control, the authorities asked me to not visit the mall during weekends”.
Rashami Desai Was Judged For Wearing Shorts During Her Uttaran Days, Narrates The Incident
Rashami also narrated another incident when she visited a mobile store with her mom. It was from her Uttaran days. Rashami became a household name after playing the character of Tapasya in the popular show Uttaran and a lady apparently got agitated with her as she was seen in shorts and t-shirt.
Rashami said, “I think during Uttaran days. Uttaran was extremely popular and people loved Tapasya. I remember one day post shoot I visited a mobile shop and was wearing my casual shorts and shirt. It so happened that a lady came up to me and held my hand and asked me about my outfit. She also judged me for wearing a saree on screen and shorts off-screen. I was sort of taken aback and couldn’t react, that’s when my mother came and told her that Tapasya is in the show and that I’m her daughter Rashami Desai”.
Post her interesting stint in Bigg Boss 13, Rashami Desai was seen in the supernatural drama Naagin 4 as Shalaka.
