That’s what the show is about.

Defending Jacob Review Initial (Apple TV+): Chris Evans, Michelle Dockery & Jaeden Martell Promise An Interesting Murder Mystery

Even if the premise Defending Jacob looks quite simple, the crime drama has a lot to offer. The first episode starts with Chris Evans’ Andy being questioned by a lawyer about the murder incident that happened a year ago and how his son is accused of it. It’s a court trial going on and Andy keeps his answers short to defend his son in every possible way. The narration then takes us 10 months back when Andy, Laurie and Jacob’s lives change forever. The first three episodes titled Pilot, Everything’s Cool and Poker Face (approx 45-50 mins) are gripping. The writing is tight and hence, it comes on the screen as gripping and you are inquisitive to know who did it, why did they do it and how will Andy defend his son Jacob.
