First Sanoj Raj and now Babita Tade have won 1 crore on the show. Babita will be attempting the 7 crore’s jackpot question, and it’s to be seen if she gets that right.
Babita, before this, earned just Rs. 1500 for cooking mid-day meal in a Government school. On the show, she revealed how she’s a ‘Khichdi’ specialist and loves to cook the dish for the kids. She’s adorably called ‘Kaku’ (aunty) by the kids of the school.
As per the tradition of the show, Big B asked what will Babita do if she becomes a Crorepati, and she gave a very humble response, “I would buy a phone, as my entire family is using one phone.” Mr Bachchan was moved by this reply and gifted a phone to Babita on his behalf. Both the episodes of Babita will be airing on Wednesday and Thursday on Sony TV.
Before Babita Tade, an IAS aspirant Sanoj who is currently based in Delhi, preparing for his UPSC exams became the first Crorepati of the show. His interests lie in policy-making and implementation. He wants to make policies regarding health and the environment.

When Sanoj faced the question that would win him one crore rupees, the 25-year-old, despite knowing the answer, using the last remaining lifeline. When Big B asked why he chose the lifeline when he knew the answer, Sanoj said that since he wouldn’t be able to use the lifeline for the Rs 7-crore question, he thought he might as well use it rather than let it go waste.
“I am feeling ecstatic on this win. It’s a landmark moment in my life and I only intend to move further hereon to achieve many more milestones. I believe hard work, passion and dedication towards your goals will make the process of achieving them a lot more enjoyable,” Sanoj said.
