Charlize Theron is one such actor who has used quarantine in a unique way. Throughout this period, the actor has been reminiscing moments from her iconic films and cherishing her work. Charlize Theron, aka the fiery Furiosa, took to her Twitter handle and shared a video from her archives. The video features Theron while she is shaving her head for getting into her character Furiosa.
The video was shared following the Friday night drive-in screening of Mad Max: Fury Road in Los Angeles, hosted by Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach Project.
“In honor of our @CTAOP drive-in screening of #MadMaxFuryRoad tonight, throwing it back to the point of no return with creating Furiosa. A huge thank you to @TheGroveLA and @ChadHudsonEvent for making tonight happen! So excited to see this movie on the big screen again,” Charlize Theron wrote while sharing the video.

Meanwhile, there have been reports that a prequel of Mad Max: Fury Road is in works. But the heart-breaking part is that Charlize will not be reprising Furiosa in it. Director George Miller had revealed that Furiosa is young in the prequel, and Theron will not fit the part now.
Talking about the same to Hollywood Reporter, Charlize Theron said, “Yeah, it’s a little heartbreaking, for sure. I really love that character, and I’m so grateful that I had a small part in creating her. She will forever be someone I think of and reflect on fondly.”
