But some also believe that Chris Hemsworth’s Thor almost killed Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. So he’s the most powerful one. When Captain Marvel strongly held Thanos’ fingers and was unaffected by his headbutt, some thought she’s the powerful one.
Then came Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man who killed Thanos. But fans tend to keep him out of the debate as he saved everyone. They usually fight among themselves about Thor and Captain Marvel. But who does Joe Russo, one of the Avengers: Endgame directors think is the most powerful character in MCU? Well, Joe thinks it’s Captain Marvel. He told Digital HD, “It’s interesting seeing the Avengers with Captain Marvel. I think that she dimensionalizes them in a really great way. Just from a pure power standpoint and what her abilities are.”
