Avengers: Endgame completed a year of its release on April 26. With the film, the Phase 3 or Infinity Saga of Marvel Cinematic Universe also ended. Nothing will be the same anymore for fans and MCU after this film as the deaths and twists in this film changed the entire dynamics.
In 2018, when the title of this 2019 worldwide blockbuster wasn’t revealed, people used to call it ‘Avengers 4’. However, when the makers revealed that the fourth film featuring all the Avengers together is called ‘Avengers: Endgame’, they all were amused. Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange had given away the title in Avengers: Endgame when he tells Robert Downey Jr aka Iron Man, “We are in the Endgame now”.
What if we tell you that it’ not Doctor Strange but Tony Stark who first used the word ‘Endgame’ while talking about the powerful enemies like Thanos up there? Our Avengers: Endgame trivia #33 is about the same. In Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), when Tony Stark gives a speech on why he felt the need to create an Ultron to protect the Earth, he used the word ‘Endgame’ in it.
