In an interview with Vogue, Kareena revealed that she gave up on meat in order to stay fit and healthy. She, for a long time, has been following a gluten-free diet and staying away from non-vegetarian food. She even revealed that she drinks eight to ten glasses of boiled water every day to flush out toxins from her body.

With this, Kareena also gave up aerated drinks. She only has her favourite drinks moderately whenever she really feels like. Her daily dinner looks like a plate of green leafy vegetables, dal, curd, chapatti and brown rice. Kareena loves spinach and makes sure she eats it once every day. But this doesn’t mean that Kareena doesn’t have cheat days. Bebo, who loves pizza, reveals that she sometimes savour a slice or two.

On the work front, Kareena will be seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Good Newwz. The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. Bebo will also be a part of Karan Johar’s Takht. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor.
