X-Men: Days Of Future Past added more moolah in its fourth weekend at the Box Office in India. The film collected 50 lacs over the weekend. The Hollywood flick raked in 10 lacs on 4th Friday, 19 lacs on 4th Saturday and 21 lacs on its 4th Sunday, thus taking its total collection to 44.12 crores at the India box office.
This is the biggest response a X-Men film has ever received in India. The collections are almost double compared to the previous X-Men film. In fact, its the 2nd biggest Hollywood film in India in 2014 after Amazing Spiderman 2. X-Men: Days Of Future Past has had the biggest response any Hollywood film has received in India this year.
The film has been praised enough for its unique action sequences and also the stellar performances of its lead cast. The series has a huge fan following and thus, the newest of the lot X-Men: Days Of Future Past also was received well.
