Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has attained an unimaginable ft. at the box office, and the rom-com has surpassed 100 crore gross collection worldwide. This figure is to be celebrated since it is the second Bollywood film of 2024 to achieve this ft., after Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter.
TBMAUJ, in 11 days, managed to register 107.82crore at the worldwide box office. This number comes in despite the film getting mixed reviews by critics. However, it seems audiences have entrusted their faith in Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s romance.
Shahid and Kriti have been paired opposite each other for the first time, and it seems that their chemistry has worked wonders. The film is a unique love story between a common man and a robot, SIFRA, played by Kriti Sanon. Overseas, the film has managed to register 32 crore.
In India, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has collected 64.26 crore in 11 days, a gross collection of 75.82 crore. The film might still manage to earn in theaters, facing competition from only Yami Gautam‘s Article 370., which would be a minor hindrance.

While the film opened at 7.02 crore in India, it earned almost double on day 1, worldwide. The rom-com registered 14.04 crore gross at the box office despite getting mixed reviews for its bizarre storyline. Despite the mixed reviews, it also tapped into Valentine’s Weekend.

In India, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon‘s film surpassed every romantic film released on Valentine’s Week in its first week. In fact, the film even jumped by 60% on Valentine’s Day. Now, it would be interesting to see if the film crosses the 75 crore mark in India.
The year 2024 has opened to a lukewarm response at the Box Office. While it was expected that Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter would open to great numbers and work like a charm, nothing of the sort happened.
