Abbas-Mustan’s Playersdid not have an exciting weekend at the box-office. The film made Rs. 4.69 crore (all-India net collection) on its opening day (January 6). Collections didn’t improve much over the weekend, with the action-thriller making Rs. 4.61 crore on Saturday and Rs. 5.68 crore on Sunday. In all, Players made a total of Rs. 14.98 crore over the opening weekend.
Given the dull reports Players has been receiving, the collections are expected to fall badly today.
