Panga Box Office Day 2: After registering 2.70 crores on Friday, the Kangana Ranaut starrer showed major growth on Saturday as collections more than doubled up with 5.61 crores coming in. This was pretty much the need of the hour as well since Friday was below expectations. Considering the fact that there are merits in the film, it was prudent that this translates into added footfalls as well.

In the face of competition from Street Dancer 3 as well as Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, a growth like this pretty much indicates that the content of Panga has been appreciated. Even if the growth been 50%-60%, it would not have been largely satisfactory since the start was low.
