Jai Ho on its 1st Monday witnessed almost 50% drop since its opening day collections at the box office. Since the film saw a massive jump on Sunday, the drop might seem stark. The film on its first weekday earned 9.5 crores as per early estimates, taking its total collections to 68 crores at the Domestic Box Office.
The film might seem to be an underperformer but being a release in the non holiday season, Jai Ho‘s box office results are just satisfactory. Also the lower ticket prices have resulted in lower income despite high occupancies at the box office. The film is expected to remain consistent over the weekdays without dropping further.
