Holiday maintained a steady pace on its first Wednesday at the domestic box office. The film is currently doing excellent business as it has crossed over 50 crores in just five days. On its sixth day, the film collected approx 6.20 crores, taking its total so far to 62.1 crores at the domestic box office.
This is by far one of the best performance of an Akshay Kumar film at the box office after a long time. The film is expected to do a business similar to his previous hit Rowdy Rathore which pulled off the 100 crore business.

Holiday too seems to be aiming for the same. The film is enjoying an excellent response at the multiplexes as well as single screens. The film also starring Sonakshi Sinha has already become the 4th highest grosser of 2014. The first week collections for this action drama can be estimated at around 70 crores.
